In order to streamline support requests and better serve to our Customers, we utilized a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Barcode engine changes

In the latest version we use Zint barcode engine for rendering barcodes in reports. This powerful tool is not integrated into the project anymore but simply call zint executable instead because of license reasons. For this reason the zint.exe (or zint binary) must be existed in the report engine's application path otherwise the barcode function does not work. Zint binaries are found in binary/install packages
