Bug tracker system update

I have turned to a new bug tracker system. Mantis is proved to be better solution for issue and bug tracking of our software projects.
The old bugtracker system is still available here: http://www.nocisoft.com/bugtracker
bugtracker.nocisoft.com now runs the new Mantis based tracker system.

Barcode engine changes

In the latest version we use Zint barcode engine for rendering barcodes in reports. This powerful tool is not integrated into the project anymore but simply call zint executable instead because of license reasons. For this reason the zint.exe (or zint binary) must be existed in the report engine's application path otherwise the barcode function does not work. Zint binaries are found in binary/install packages
